The Irish Pear
2 oz. The Whistler Double Oaked Whiskey
3/4 oz. Velvet Falernum
1/2 oz. lemon juice
1/2 pear, cut into small cubes
1-inch rosemary sprig + 1 sprig for garnish
Combine all ingredients, except rosemary, into a cocktail shaker. Muddle well. Add rosemary, then muddle gently. Fill with ice and shake. Double strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice. Garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary.
