Cranberry Rosemary Spritz

Ingredients
Cranberry Rosemary Syrup:
½ c sugar
¼ c water
2 sprigs rosemary
1 cup cranberriesCocktail:
1 oz cranberry rosemary syrup
2 oz Whistler Honey Whiskey
2 oz unsweetened cranberry juice
2 oz soda water
Cranberries and rosemary for garnish -
Instructions
To make the syrup:
Place all the ingredients in a small pot. Bring to a boil and remove from the heat. Allow to steep 20 minutes. Strain while pressing on the cranberries. Cool completely.To make the cocktail:
Add the syrup, whiskey, and cranberry juice to a cocktail shaker. Fill halfway with ice. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass and top with soda water. Garnish with rosemary and fresh cranberries.
