Cinnamon Old Fashioned

Ingredients
2 oz. The Whistler Sherry Cask Whiskey
1/2 oz. simple syrup
2 dashes bitters
Orange peel and cinnamon stick for garnish -
Instructions
Light the end of your cinnamon stick and place on a plate. Place your glass over the cinnamon stick for 1-2 minutes. Release the smoke, then add The Whistler, simple syrup and bitters to the glass. Add ice and stir. Rub the orange peel around the rim of the glass and drop into the cocktail. Garnish with cinnamon stick.
